Hey everyone, My name is Joshua Peay and im Producer for the CAGD 495 2D&Animation team. Being as we are not the average team that is working on only one game its been a rocky couple of weeks getting everything in order, but this last week the team really got to work.

Card Garden

Members working on Card Garden - Gilli Arnel

We will start this out with Card Garden, this game started out a bit rougher than the rest with only having 1 card go through to determine what the art style was going to be for the game, but Gilli really pulled through for this team and got the team an art style that they were looking for. Once this card got through Gilli ran through multiple more cards catching this team up with where the other teams were for developing art.

Trapped

Members working on Trapped - Atley Sakamoto, Sadiq Desai, David Lopez

Trapped has been plenty busy on UI and enemy art so far for this first sprint. 

Atley has been incredibly hard at work with making functional UI for Trapped.

Sadiq went to work on the enemy sketches to let the team know what direction they would like for their enemies.

David took on a unique style with working in a 3d space especially since the card was asking for a 3d style menu. His efforts paid off with his concept painting a picture of what Trapped was looking for.

Trapped was practically off and running with not to many issues to note for this team, everyone assigned to this team did really well and provided work that made the lead and producer happy.

Parasitic

Members working on Parasitic - Gabrielle Collins, Leila Watson, Andrew Sloan, Tim Ly

Parasitic took full advantage of the Art team i had, immediately having Leila who is my only rigger begin rigging their base model. Gabrielle Collins began work on concept art for there three main classes. Andrew Sloan began work on animation for there base model and Tim Ly who came in a little bit later and is currently animating walk cycles.

Gabrielle immediately wanted to start the concept art for Parasitic and the team was not disappointed in the slightest over the work that she had put out.

Leila was immediately set to work creating a rig and revising it multiple times to ensure that my animators could animate to their fullest capability.

The Animation team did a great job for starters, revising animations and taking on work with enthusiasm, Andrew did an amazing job for their shield bash and Tim is currently at work on a walk cycle.
